I'm an inspiring chef-wanna-be ! Yes ! I want to be a good cook just like my mum ! Hee always have this thought that i want my girl to be very proud of her mummy who can whip up yummy dishes anytime, anywhere & anyhow ! So i must start training right ?!? My past 2 weekends have been cooking, baking & roughing out in the hot kitchen. Very satisfying i must say & i think i have improved ! (please be more accomodating.. nod your head to AGREE !)To keep my hubby & my brother who are both overseas & of cos YOU readers of this blog posted on my progress in food research (too techinically complicated for me to start another blog just for food), I will have to borrow this little space from my little carrie to record the adventures & mishaps i have in the kitchen. Who knows in future when i've become a food guru, my girl can simply refer to this blog for recipes when she is overseas & wants some homecooked food !
