Yesterday night out with my 3 buddies & hahah.. they are forever complaining that being friends with me for soooo longgg.. they haven't get to taste the food i cooked ! Well.... as they have already known, its because i really seldom cook wat ! The 3 of them have already banned me from buying more recipe books until i really cook some dishes from the multiple recipe books that i already have. Sooo.... i've come up with my latest inspiration ! that is.. i'll cook something every weekend !! How's that !!! ( i can see.. the 3 ladies are rolling their eyes & thinking.. gosh.. how long she's going to last this time ?) Hahah.. i'm not sure myself. Just be happy, be it bake, cook, sleep or simply laze around ! No one say i need to stick to one hobby !!
This weekend, i've already planned to bake chocolate cupcakes with my sis-in-law with my new recipes from my cupcake class. But today afternoon time passes so slowly, got bored..so i just pop down to lot 1 & a nearby fruit stall to get bigger mangoes than ntuc & tata.... !!! Chilled Mango Puree with Sago ! Hahah..1st time doing it by following a recipe that i got from the internet. I think it tastes great ! but should have put more sago. Here's a pic.
