Chicken Pies !! Have previously made chicken pies with ready frozen puff pastry crust but today i made the crust myself !! Pretty easy in the ingredients but its the rolling & filling the cases thats difficult cos the mixture gets soft so fast & become sticky. Anyway still manage to make 12 mini pies ! The filling is rich with chicken, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, potatos, hard boiled eggs ! Overall quite satisfied but i think i can still add more flavour to the filling & make the pies smell buttery heaven when they come out of the oven !
