Have been wanting to bake gingerbread man or some cookies that need cookie cutters as my hubby had bought me a 100pcs cookie cutter set for my birthday this year ! Pressure right.. hee.
So here it is ! This morning i did the dough (which is the easy part), chill it and bake it tonight after my little one went to bed. The chilled dough 'melt' (soften) so fast that its difficult to cut it out cos it becomes too soft ! So did about 5 gingerbread men & thats it, i gave up & pipe it into small swirling rounds instead. Hee. The fun part is decorating the gingerbread of cos !
See pic & you realise there's 2 gingerbread thats joined together (have placed them too close to each other for the baking process). Hee so naturally decided to make it resemble me & hubby. With no doubts, the fatter one is hubbs. I'm the skinner one with the apron on. & who's the little one with pokka dot skirt ? -- THats right ! Baby carrie ! She has a butterfly print on her skirt ! Hahaha.. quite chubby as well.
As for the other 2 gingerbread ?? My maid says its my 2 other children in the future. She even planned the order for me already.. 1st baby girl (which is carrie), 2nd baby boy, 3rd baby girl. well........... .......... ..........
