Have been struggling between chocolate cupcakes or orea cheesecake & after asking for a few votes, OREO CHEESECAKE is the WINNER ! The plus point is that it doesn't require baking so its faster to make. But its not cheap, the ingredients breakdown is roughly as follows :
* philidephia cheese $10
* Oreo cookies $8.70 to be exact.. think i bought an overpriced one.
* Heavy whipping cream $10 - president brand.
* plus miscellaneous..
Total about $30 but having divided the cake into 12 pcs, it cos me less than $3 per pc so hahaha.. still more worthwhile to make it myself !
Didn't have time to do decoration on it so kind of leave it plain. HaHa !
