1st attempt at bread making ! My brother gave me a huge tub of raisins so here they go into the bread ! Notice how the raisins go in swirls ? Hee.. I did a roll-up to 'insert' the raisins, similar to the rolling of sushi. It tastes great & making it whole wheat makes me think its healthier to indulge ! Have bought a small tub of philidephia cheese (light) to go with it for breakfast tomorrow. Though bread are usually not so sale-able to friends & family but I have to start practice baking breads for Carrie's school sandwich recess box okie ! So bear with me !
