Baby Carrie says "Hi !"
Baked a batch of Vanilla Lemon Twist roll out cookies today using some of my 100pcs cookie cutters again (gift from hubby) ! Today's theme is on baby ! Something that one can give out on their kids birthday or full month celebration. The taste is good, just a little bit hard but thats what makes the shape hold so well. But my icing is a failure. I did the usual icing & cream combination which doesn't go well on cookies. Can't be lazy the next round, should do the Royal Icing. So only 1 pic on a cookie which i did icing on, its the big "Hi !" bubble. Promise will be better next round so hold your orders first ! Hahaha.. business should be brisk next round...

My close sister W is getting married to J in october this year ! Wanted to give her these cookies on her hen's night. Ermmm... but somehow my mother in law ate the letters ! HahAhaha... discover it after i did my icing on the hearts, did a stock take & discover... "where's the letters ?!?" OOps.. sorry da jie ! Just take my good intentions & forget the physical goods ok ? Happy Hen's Night ! & Happiness Always !
