Apple cheesecake this weekend ! Yum Yum.. think the taste is right ! My crust didn't hold well, should add more melted butter to the biscuits. Had bruised finger joints though.. thats the result of using them to crush the biscuits instead of the grinder (ouch!) Use grinder next time !!! Scoop the leftover cream cheese batter into my cupcakes cups & they are equally good !
