Baked on Sunday night again !This time a brownie cake (haha.. just added a birthday tag & turn it into a birthday cake for my bro-in-law.. hee.. just my excuse to bake)
Phew... lucky its not the real cake which he's going to celebrate his birthday with cos there's a little mishap in the kitchen.
Suppose to melt the chocolate & butter over simmering hot water but accidentally the whole plate tilt & sink INTO the water !!! Arrgghh...think this 'addition' of water make the brownie really dense & hard. A flop.
Lucky i made some biscotti as well, a great consolation to the baking night cos my biscotti taste fabulous i must say !!
