Woooo !!!! made this last night till 12.30am but its all WORTH IT !! The recipe is very good, cake texture is so nice that right out of the oven, hubby & I ate 2 slices each despite supper gets you fat !! Hee..
The cake will look even better if there's white icing on it, but since its the first attempt on this recipe, i've decided to taste the original taste before adding other elements.
If we are holding any sort of xmas party at home (cos i'm thinking of doing roast chicken !) , i'll make this beautiful cake again with icing & the little xmas decor which i just anyhow placed them on this time !
