I am pretty particular in Carrie's meals. Every weekend, I'll personally go to the supermarket to select her vegetables such as broccoli, pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, avocado, baby spinach, fish such as salmon or cod, miscellaneous such as fishball, tofu, green beans. Most of the time, our domestic helper will do the cooking. She will choose 1, 2 types of vegetables, add in ikan bilis into the slow cooker to cook the porridge. Then she will steam the fish to complete the meal.
On this particular weekend, thought I'll do something different for her ! I cooked rice instead & use her usual ingredients to prepare a soup ! Though i didn't add in any seasoning, the soup is YUMMY ! And most importantly, though Carrie didn't finish her rice, she drank every bit of her soup.. hee.. mummy is satisfied :)
