You know sometimes 'good looking' food does not always turn out yummy, and gruesome looking food might just turn out delicious ! That's the case for the above dinner that i've prepared for my little darling.
The mushy gruesome combination is actually scrambled egg (no s' cos its really only 1 egg being used) with cheese and avocado to cream it all together. Didn't really plan this actually, I am just kind of stuck with a very ripe avocado and didn't want to waste it. However to have it in slices with mee sua doesn't seem right somehow, in the end i just decided to blend it into the egg. And guess what ! I didn't know avocado can smell soooo goood ! It gives the scrambled egg a nice light fragrance (and of cos the nutrients) and with the melted cheese that has been well mixed with the egg in the frying process, the taste is heavenly !
The other bowl is mee sua soup with fishballs, carrot and pumpkin.
My little Carrie is so sweet, she smells the lovely dinner i made for her and says "Hao3 xiang1" (which means smells good !) Orrhhh... * mummy is happy * Big grin *
finally i see my darling girl again ! haha and she's so grown up hehe
