Its time for food again !

Copied my mum & auntie's version of siew mai and made this dish over the weekend ! Yummy ! Its using tau pok, cut an opening and stuff the meat in. Easy ! Hee.. and thought such a waste to throw the cut tau pok top away that i just sandwich the meat in between 2 thin strips. Hee thats the little ones on the left of the pic. After that, i still have some meat paste left hence i just top it on the tofu and in it goes to be steamed! Note the 3 missing siew mai on the top right? hee.. hubby & I couldn't resist !

I did this dessert sometime back. milo agar agar..brought back memories, my mum used to do it for my bro & I and we L..U..R..V..E it so now my turn to do it for Carrie. And i had this cute little mould for it ! nice right? Oh and i like this new bowl i bought for Carrie, like its colours. And when you polish the food off the bowl, you will see a monkey at the bottom. Hahaha... Oh, brew her some chrysanthemum tea that day too ! Just like what my mummy used to do for us. :)
