House warming party !

On 12 June 2011, everyone gathered at my mum-in-law place early in the morning before setting off together to my bro-in-law new place in Punggol for the house 'opening' ceremony. There were rituals to follow such as going over the chacoal stove and shouting "HUAT AH !", sounded very superstitiously old-fashioned? But its actually quite fun to see everyone united to get this house all warmed up & cosy. Makes me want to do that for my new house too ! And if the 'after effect' meant a properous home, its totally worth it !

Once all rituals are completed, its relax and boardgames time. Managed to take these pics of the kiddos seated together on the sofa. I know its kind of duplicate pictures but if you look closely at these 3 subsequent shots, each kid (especially Carrie) had a different expression. As i face a dilemma to choose 1 pic to post, its all loaded then !
