After I diced the kiwi fruits, i gave Carrie a simple instruction of putting 2 pcs of kiwi per individual mould. See how focus she was ! Not even laooking up for a pose for mummy's iphone ! And every jelly mould is exactly 2 pcs !
After that i boiled the agar powder and put them in a bowl, I gave her a spoon and let Carrie fill the jelly mould up. And after that sprinkle her favourite rainbow rice as a finishing touch.
Beautiful sweet jelly she did. In the end, she ate only 1 jelly but she was happier telling everyone she helped mummy with jelly making and enjoyed serving it to the family. To me, the jelly is more than sweet... :)
