To be a policewoman when she grows up has been one of the longest ambition of Carrie. Once in a while she will want t be a teacher, a doctor, a zoo keeper, a vet but being a policewoman is the longest staying one. In the TV serial by the Singapore Police Force, Rui En has also became her idol. She asked me if she can call Rui En (the lead actress in the show) "rui en jie jie"
Today we spent a morning at Home Team Academy where they have kind of like a police day which they call it the SPF Workplan Seminar. There is display of the various police units vehicles, display of the various types of guns, scanning machines to scan humans and suitcases. Visitors get to shoot with rifles, go on traffic police bikes for a pic, so many activities to do !
Carrie went on a ride on an airport electronic 'scooter', I don't know the exact name of that machine but its like an electronic scooter, you just stand on it and move around. She also went on Coast guards speed boats and try her hands on shooting. As for me, I scored a big fat zero in all that 6 shots. Carrie got 3 shots on target ! She also get herself dressed in the No.1 uniform (those that police wear for ceremonies) and took a nice pic (above) She does have the look of a madam isn't it? YES MDM !
