Made Japanese Peach Shortcake today ! Don't really like the texture of it as its more crumbly then usual. I covered & sandwiched the cake with whipped cream rather than buttercream. Hee... still prefer buttercream style cos it gives more flavor. Overall, not going to use this recipe for carrie's birthday cake.
