OHP came over on Friday to enjoy the Lemon ice cream i made ! Haha though i explain that its plain fattening with all that cream & sugar, this bride-to-be still finish her lemon cup ! Made this ice cream on Thurs night, super easy recipe i learnt in class. It doesn't need time consuming still freezing method, just whipped up the cream, add icing sugar, add candied citrus peel, lemon juice & lemon zest, thats it ! I pipped it into the lemon cup for a nice ending. Oh ! She tried the last piece of my melting moments cookie too !
